Traditional Ninjutsu

A Japanese tradition emphasising natural movement, awareness and adaptability.

Traditional ninjutsu is associated historically with the Iga and Koga regions of Japan. Modern schools preserve its body movement (taijutsu), principles of evasion and positioning, and an emphasis on adapting to circumstances rather than relying on fixed responses.

What MMS studies: natural movement, angling and evasion, and situational awareness. We take a historical, practical approach and avoid the mythology that often surrounds the art.
